Initial spark
Co-founders were approached to explore ways to help reduce the growing threat of mass shootings in educational facilities across the United States. While the initial concept proved impractical to implement at scale, an investor saw potential and funded a broader proposal to investigate a more holistic safety framework. Research and planning were well underway when the COVID-19 pandemic abruptly brought progress to a halt.

Vision revived
It wasn’t until late 2022 that the vision was revived in a new and more adaptable form. The solution evolved into a mobile platform designed initially for incident reporting, geofencing, notifications, and safety alerts. From the outset, the team was certain that true safety must be proactive rather than reactive, and prevention was embedded as a foundational principle.
